The client came with a request to set up Email marketing from scratch in order to strengthen advertising channels. Previously, only standard emails through Shopify were configured – an abandoned cart without a corporate identity and transactional emails by order status.

It was necessary to increase the Abandoned Cart Recovery Rate – the conversion from abandoned carts, in order to return more customers to the completion of the purchase, thereby generating more income.
